Hi, my name is Tango! I am a 2 year old Shih Tzu mix. I arrived at Little White Dog Rescue with my brother Cash on March 4th, 2018. We were in pretty rough shape and had very little human contact in our short lives prior to the rescue. Cash was recently adopted and I am looking for my forever home. I am still very shy and will need a human who will be patient in teaching me trust and love. Right now I am very happy running in the yard and snuggling in my dog bed. I am kennel trained and mostly potty-trained. I’m very interested in the world around me and I love to “supervise.” I follow the family around the house and hide when I think I’m being watched, but at bedtime I follow my fur sisters and mom and dad right up to bed. I will make a wonderful, loyal forever companion for someone who doesn’t mind really working to earn my trust. If you’ve never earned the trust and love of a rescue dog, you’re missing out!
My foster family thinks I would do best in a fairly quiet home with a securely fenced yard. Since I am a bit anxious around noise and sudden movement, I would do best in a home with no children.
My adoption fee is $400. I will come up to date on all of my vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. If you’re interested in providing the best forever home, please fill out my application!
