We know that making time for self-care is important, but as tired, busy parents, we don’t always make time for ourselves. So wouldn’t it be great if there was a place we could go for some pampering and bring the kids along? Well, there is. Spa Lé La in Los Angeles totally gets it and designed things with exhausted parents in mind.
This spa offers services you’d expect, like facials, massages, hair removal, and nail care, but they’re parent-friendly and have child care available as well. So while mom enjoys a relaxing treatment, the first kid gets free care and each additional kid is only $6, which covers their entire visit!
And worn out parents will also appreciate the spa’s nap room, which allows you to snooze in peace for 25 minutes for $40. The spa also has quiet room pods where you can read or get some work done for just $20. Kids can also take classes focused on art, music, and yoga at the spa and they’re free for parents using the spa during class, so you can enjoy your massage more knowing your little one is having fun, too.
The only downside? The spa has a two hour max for moms and dads to be getting treatments before the team asks them to come check on their tots for 20 to 30 minutes. But after that they can go right back to relaxing and recharging.
