Brett Eldredge says he’s struggled with anxiety his entire life, but has learned how to manage it with his diet and medication. “As a kid, I would have a panic attack… but I didn’t even know what that was,” Eldredge says in a new episode of Dan Harris’ 10% Happier podcast. “[In] college, I remember times where I would go to a party and I would be breaking into sweats and, like, just drenched, and I’d just [think], ‘Is something wrong with me?'" The “Love Someone” singer goes on to explain that anxiety followed him into adulthood, and used to hit him before he’d go onstage. “I had to sit down on the side of the stage," he recalls. "Then I get out there, and eventually it's OK."
