There's a guy who likes to garden while naked in Stuart, Florida, and his neighbors aren't too thrilled with his aversion to clothing. "I came out Sunday night to put the trash out, and I look over and he is bent over, winding up his hose, and I'm like, 'That is my view of the neighborhood,'” neighbor Melissa Ny tells WPBF-TV. Police have told Ny and other concerned neighbors that unless the man is touching himself inappropriately, there's nothing they can do, since he's on his own property. Ironically, the naked gardener declined an interview request from WPBF on the grounds that "he and his family are private people." This rationale caused Ny to quip, "If they are private, why are their privates on display?"
