The Downton Abbey feature film finally has a release date. On Wednesday, Focus Features announced that the big-screen version of everyone's favorite British aristocratic drama will arrive in North American theaters on September 20, 2019. The film's international premiere date will come one week before that on September 13, 2019. Earlier this month, star Michelle Dockery Instagrammed the very first pic from the film's set, captioning the black-and-white shot with, "And...we're off." The series' principal cast members are all expected back for the movie, including Dockery, Hugh Bonneville, Jim Carter, Brendan Coyle, Matthew Goode, Harry Hadden-Paton, Elizabeth McGovern, Lesley Nicol, and Dame Maggie Smith.
