Hi, my name is Simba! I am up for adoption.

Simba

Hi, my name is Simba!  I am a 6 year old male apricot toy poodle that came to LWDR as a breeder release.  I am a shy little guy that enjoys cuddling with my foster mom for a nap.  During my second day of freedom, I mastered going up and down the steps and played with my fur siblings.

I am a sweetheart and everything about living in freedom is totally new to me.  I am quickly learning how to play with toys and how much I love my soft bed.  I also love my treats!  I will need a family with the patience to teach me what I need to know – including house manners and walking on a leash.

I will require a fenced yard for adoption because walking on my leash is something new.  I enjoy running and playing off leash.

My adoption fee is $300.  I will come up to date on all of my vaccines, microchipped, and neutered.  I have minor cataracts and will have a dental before I am ready for adoption. If you think we might be a good fit, please complete my application.

Little White Dog Rescue has a meet and greet on Friday, September 28 at 6 pm.  Come see us at the Turner Park Night Market in Midtown to find your new furry friend.
