Bosses Listen up!! Something to increase productivity!

According to a new study from Oxford University, employees who work only four days a week are happier, more motivated and procrastinate less.

Researchers found that all this happiness in the office leads to a decrease in absences, as well as an increase in sales and customer satisfaction.

The researchers went so far as to say the four-day workweek is “spot on” in terms of striking the perfect work-life balance. (Business Insider)
