Netflix addiction is real … A 26-year-old man in India had to check himself in to a mental health clinic due to his Netflix addiction. Apparently, he was watching seven hours of shows every single day – and it had gone on for more than six months. That’s roughly 1,300 hours of Netflix viewing. All that streaming caused a range of symptoms from severe eye strain to insomnia. According to doctors at the clinic, the man may have developed the addiction because he was unemployed and turned to Netflix as a means of escape. (Insider)
