Help Wario and Luigi stay together!

Wario and Luigi are a bonded pair of terrier mixes that must be adopted together.  Luigi is the whiter of the two and is a quiet and sweet soul.  He loves attention but is more than happy to just follow where you go and watch what you are doing (especially in the kitchen).  He, like his brother, is crate trained and does well with his house manners as long as he goes out on a regular schedule.  He is not a fan of the rain or getting his feet wet, but doesn’t argue much when you go out with him.

Wario is a love bug who craves your attention and will chill with you for hours.  He enjoys being outdoors but likes his humans to be with him.  He is interested in cats and will occasionally try and chase them, but if they put him in his place he will show them respect.  Wario is more of the barker of the duo.  He doesn’t carry on all day but if he can’t find his brother, he will bark to get his attention.  He is crate trained, like his brother, but they prefer to be crated together.  He loves stuffed animals and will take them everywhere – some are as big as he is!

A fenced yard is a must for these boys so they can play and do their business.  Apartments are probably not ideal because they do like to bark at the wildlife and other animals strolling about.  They are both quiet at night, once settled.  They can also be trusted with free roam as long as you don’t mind couch potatoes.  They both tend to jump, so small children may not be the best fit.  We are working on that in their foster home.  This dynamic duo will melt your heart with the sweetness and love they show.

Their adoption fees are $300 each.  They will come up to date on all of their vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. If you think they might be a good fit, please complete their application.

Little White Dog Rescue has a meet and greet on Saturday, October 20 from 12-2 pm.  Come see us at That Dog Wash (1401 Jackson St.) to find your new furry friend.
