A Florida woman is praising employees at the Jimmy Johns in Columbus after they got her brother to the hospital over the weekend. Lisa Nagengast was trying to call his V-A case worker after he became ill and had no means to drive himself. Instead of reaching the case worker, she accidentally reached Jimmy Johns. But, she says the manager arranged for one of his drivers to serve as an ambulance driver.
Lisa says her brother was released from the hospital and is doing well.
