A South Carolina police officer is being praised for his small act of kindness to a young boy. The Summerville Police Department posted on their Facebook page that one of their officers, Field Training Officer T. Bilancione, was captured on surveillance camera outside a local’s home tossing a football with a child.
The department was alerted to the good deed by the boy’s parents who texted:
“My son was throwing the football up to himself in the yard and your officer noticed and stopped to play for a couple of minutes. This made my son’s day and I wanted this officer to know … he rocks!!!”
