Creepy game will let you control a real person this Halloween

This might be scariest thing about Halloween. A creepy game developed by MIT called "BeeMe" lets online participants control an actor while hearing and seeing everything he does. Internet uses can control the avatar, who has to defeat an evil artificial intelligence (AI)-- by crowd-sourcing him commands and then up-voting or down-voting commands from other players. The slogan for the project is "'See what I see. Hear what I hear. Control my actions. Take my will. Be me." Starting at 11 p.m. Eastern time, users can log into the BeeMe website and start voting on what they want the actor to do. Niccolò Pescetelli, who studies collective intelligence at MIT Media Lab says, "The event will follow the story of an evil AI by the name of Zookd, who has accidentally been released online. Internet users will have to coordinate at scale and collectively help the actor (also a character in the story) to defeat Zookd. If they fail, the consequences could be disastrous." Will you play?(Daily Mail
