Will Smith and Martin Lawrence confirmed Thursday they will reprise their roles as Detective Mike Lowery and Marcus Burnett, respectively, for the third installment of Bad Boys. The pair made the announcement in a video posted to Instagram, which shows the two actors at Santa Monica Beach and Smith shouting, "It's official!" "It's been a LOOOONG time coming," Smith added in the caption. "But now it's here." The original Bad Boys film came out in 1995 and was followed by a sequel in 2003. According to Deadline, production for Bad Boys 3 will begin in mid-January 2019.
