Forget all of that quinoa and coconut water, 100-year-old Arthur Grisbrook says the key to his longevity is actually steak and wine. The U.K.'s Mirror recently spoke with the fit centenarian and he said, "I eat and drink what I fancy and don't worry about what the so-called experts say. I believe in doing things moderately. I drink most nights. Mixed grills are quite tasty and easy to cook. I also like sausage and mash and fish and chips." Grisbrook generally washes down his dinners with a couple of glasses of red wine. The World War II veteran and grandfather of three lives by himself in supported housing. "I don't feel like I'm 100," he said. "You're only as old as you feel."
