A&E has announced plans to air a four-part special calledGarth: The Road I'm Onlater this year. Deadline reports that the project will highlight the country legend’s prolific career through never-before-seen interviews with him, his wife Trisha Yearwood and his original road band, as well as other personal and professional figures. “The Biography brand continues to be the gold standard for superior biographical storytelling, and we are truly honored to have the opportunity to partner with the iconic Garth Brooks,” says A&E programming chief Elaine Frontain Bryan. Brooks adds, "They have interviewed all the people who would know what the true stories are, so no matter how this turns out…I can't say it isn't the truth." The special will also feature “unprecedented behind-the-scenes access” from Brooks’ record-setting stadium tour.
