Fisherman Catches 757 Pound Swordfish

Florida fishing boat captain Nick Stanczyk didn't have to do any exaggerating when it came to the size of the swordfish he recently caught. According to UPI, Captain Stanczyk reeled in a whopping 757 pound swordfish while fishing off of Islamorada in the Florida Keys. He said it took about eight hours to reel the fish in and seven people to haul it off of the boat. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission records show that the biggest fish ever caught in the state previously weighed a mere 612 pounds.
