Whereas comparable homes in North Caldwell, New Jersey, rarely fetch more than $2 million, a 5,600-square-foot abode just hit the market for $3.4 million. Why's it so expensive? Because Tony Soprano used to live there--on TV, anyway. As The New York Times notes, the house with the long, curving driveway and backyard pool was a frequent filming location for the hit HBO gangster drama. The home's current owner, Victor Recchia, says Sopranos fans still pull up to snap photos quite frequently, adding, "I don't think you can quantify the intrinsic value of this home."
