We all have the best intentions when it comes to working out … we also have plenty of excuses for why we can’t.
According to a new survey, some of the biggest excuses for not working out include: being too tired, not having enough time during the day, you worked too late, you’re hungry, the weather is bad (too cold, too hot, raining), there’s something you want to watch on TV, and not wanting to workout in front of people.
