Luke Combs will be part of SEC football this fall. He shared a new song he wrote and recorded for the sport "South On Ya" on social media earlier this week. Luke also revealed a video to go along with the song that includes clips of every team in the SEC. He captioned it, "If you come around here, better bring it ‘cause we’re no doubt gonna put a little #SouthOnYa."
Lyrics to "South On Ya" include "Way down where the sun shines hotter / Dawgs on the porch, Gators in the water / Way down, down in Alabama / Muddy Mississippi, swampy Louisiana . . ." The song name checks each of the 14 states represented by teams in the conference.
SEC Football is scheduled to begin its season on Sept. 2nd with a matchup between Tennessee and Bowling Green.
