This could be your week to ride in the iconic Wienermobile. Hot dog maker Oscar Mayer’s distinctive vehicle is available on the Lyft app this week, but only for a select few in New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. Between today (August 25th) and Friday (August 27th), riders in those cities who request a Lyft XL could be matched with the 27-foot-long hot dog instead. You won’t know if the Wienermobile is coming until it arrives, but you will get a call confirming how many people are in your group. The lucky riders will also get the free swag Oscar Mayer is giving away like T-shirts, hot dog masks, and Weenie Whistles shaped like the Wienermobile, and their ride will also be free.
