Stressed? Just scream!

Sometimes you just gotta scream … A group of Massachusetts moms have discovered the amazing stress-relief method of screaming at the top of your lungs in an empty field, and it has become an annual ritual. The group, which calls itself The School of Mom, held their first scream last March to relieve their pandemic-related stress. Those who attended said it felt so good, that they decided to do it again this year and attracted an even bigger group of stressed-out moms. School of Mom founder Sarah Harmon, who is a mental health therapist, says, "We screamed. We yelled (A LOT) of profanities. And then we laughed. And that’s the beauty of allowing yourself to feel and express an emotion." (New York Times)
