Tickets are now on sale for the D.J.’s Hero Awards Luncheon, which will be held Tuesday, May 3, at CHI Health Center Omaha beginning at 11:30 a.m.
This year, The Salvation Army of Omaha will award $12,000 scholarships to up to 15 deserving Nebraska high school seniors.
The event will feature a conversation about leadership and perseverance with national champion NU football coach Dr. Tom Osborne, former Creighton University Director of Athletics Bruce Rasmussen and internationally recognized business leader and Omaha native David Sokol.
