The last time it was for sale, back in 2018, HGTV outbid Lance Bass for it . . . then produced a series called "A Very Brady Renovation," where they made the inside look just like it did on the original show.
HGTV paid $3.5 million for the house in North Hollywood and spent about $2 million renovating it.  Now they're selling it for $5.5 million. Some of the money is going to the Turn Up! Fight Hunger initiative.
