Nate Smith shared side-by-side photos to spotlight his 55-pound weight loss milestone on Sunday (March 23).
“Someone told me once, ‘it's a lifestyle change.’ ‘It's small changes that lead to big results.’ I genuinely thought, that can't be it hahaha.” Smith wrote in his caption on Instagram. “I did things like, instead of orange soda, I went to regular Gatorade, to Gatorade zero. White mocha's, to less pumps, to completely sugar free. For me, it's about making the right decision ‘MOST,’ of the time! I'm not out of the woods yet, but damn if I ain't happy how far I've come!”
Smith opened up about his 50-pound weight loss transformation earlier this year. He credited his brother with helping him “quite a bit,” including tracking calories and portion sizes. The reigning Academy of Country Music Male Artist of the Year thanked Kyle Smith for “believing in me,” and Kyle said the “Word On Fire” star achieved his latest milestone because he “woke up every day on his own and said ‘better today than yesterday.’”
Smith is part of the star-studded lineup of the 2025 iHeartCountry Festival, which is slated to take place on Saturday, May 3.
