Gwen Stefani's three sons showed their approval and appreciation of Blake Shelton in quite the unique way.
The three boys, ages 10, 8 and 3, added "tattoos" to their arms that match Blake's ink. However, this art is a little less permanent courtesy of a few sharpies.
