Whether we are trying to avoid COVID-19, the flu or simply the common cold, there are a few practical things we can do to stay well.
Be sure you are washing your hands often. Many people get concerned that hand sanitizer is more difficult to find and buy. The old "hand washing" stand-by is still available in most every restroom or kitchen sink. Get at it.
Clean surfaces, such as your counter top, desk, remote control, computer keyboard and other things you touch often.
Also, don't hang around large groups of people if you can help it. At school, don't touch your friends and eat lunch somewhere else.
