Some experts say that one-third of people suffer from difficulty sleeping. Lack of sleep is linked to depression, stroke, obesity, heart attack and diabetes.
Here are some tips to help you get the sleep you need to feel better:
1) Go to to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time including at the weekend. Try and maintain regularity.
2) Stay away from screens (phone, tablet, etc.) Those screens emit a blue light that interferes with melatonin our body produces to help us sleep.
3) Keep your room cool. The optimal temperature is 68-degrees F.
