- Here's one way to do it at home!
- Grab some potatoes, wash the skin, and pat dry. Slice the potatoes to the size you want. The thinner it is, the crispier it will get.
- Toss them with a little olive oil, and layer the slices on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 200-220 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes, then using tongs, flip each one, and bake for 7–8 minutes more.
- You can season them with simple salt and pepper, add some chili powder or oregano, and eat them with any dip.
- Baked potato chips are best eaten right away but can be stored in a covered container for 1–2 weeks (just be sure to let them cool completely before storing).
