Old bottles of wine lying around, you might want to dust them off!

A wine-derful investment … If you happen to have old, unopened bottles of wine lying around, you might want to dust them off because they may be worth something. A California man splurged on a $250 bottle of wine back in the '70s and never opened it. In fact, he put it in his basement and forgot all about it. Mark Paulson says he never had an occasion to open the bottle of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti La Tâche, and now he never will. His son had read about someone else selling a bottle of the same wine at an auction for $80,000, so Paulson made some calls and put it on the auction block. It was expected to sell for between $50,000 and $80,000, but it ended up being sold for $106,000. Not bad for a $250 investment.
