The documentary, Lainey Wilson: Bell Bottom Country, is coming to Hulu. Named after her fourth album, the film explores her life growing up in a small town in Louisiana and how her rise to stardom came about.
In the promotional trailer posted online, Lainey Wilson talks about rejection and heartache and coming to Nashville when she was 19 years old. She said: “I’m a tough woman, but it’s not easy. I have my days where you gotta do whatever you can to crawl out of those dark holes. You’re going to feel lonely.”
The special was produced by ABC News Studios and hosted by Good Morning America‘s Robin Roberts. It will stream, beginning May 29 on Hulu.
