- Ford and Mazda have issued "do not drive" warnings for 475,000 vehicles that contain recalled Takata airbags.
- More than 374,000 model years 2004 to 2014 Fords have been recalled along with more than 82,000 model years 2003 to 2015 Mazdas.
- At least 27 people have been killed and hundreds more injured by defective Takata airbags.
