Thanksgiving turkey can be a little dry, which is why gravy is on the table. But why just eat it when you can drink it ... as a cocktail. A restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina, has been serving up gravy shots since 2015, and it's actually starting to catch on. Edmund's Oast Brewing Company got the idea to mix gravy and bourbon for a savory type of drink. Others, including Wild Turkey and even KFC in the U.K. have suggested adding a little whiskey to gravy to create a unique and meaty type of cocktail. If you'd like to make your own for your friends and family, just pour enough bourbon into gravy until it's a drinkable consistency, and then serve it in a glass rimmed with brown sugar and herbs. Cheers!
