- Four California suspects are facing fraud charges after using bear costumes to stage attacks on their vehicles for insurance payouts.
- They claimed a bear had attacked their Rolls-Royce and two Mercedes for payouts of around $140,000.
- When they submitted video showing the alleged bear, officials could easily see that it was someone in a bear costume. They even found a bear costume in one of the suspect's home.
