We always knew it...parents really do have a fav child!

All our lives we’ve known it was true deep down…and now there’s a study to back it up. A study published by the American Psychological Association found that parents genuinely do have a favorite child based on “birth order, gender, and personality.” Data analysis from 30 different studies and looking at almost 20K people found that younger siblings generally “receive more favorable treatment.” Other highlights from the study found… 

• Parents were generally “less controlling” of older siblings
• There’s a “slight favoring” of daughters over sons
• Parents tend to favor the kids that are “agreeable and contentious”
