There's good news for Reba McEntire and the cast of her newest sitcom, NBC's Happy's Place. The show has been picked up for a second season.
If you haven't seen it yet, the plot revolves around the comings-and-goings of the staff of a Knoxville, Tennessee bar called Happy's Place. The watering hole was owned by the father of Bobbie, played by Reba, who inherited half of it when Happy passed. The other half was bestowed on a half-sister, Isabella, played by Melissa Escobedo, that Bobbie was unaware of until her father's death.
Melissa Peterman, who played Reba's bestie in Reba, and Rex Linn, Reba's boyfriend, are also part of the cast, along with Pablo Castelblanco and Takola Black Elk.
