In a new partnership with AC Barbeque—founded by beloved comedians and grilling enthusiasts Anthony Anderson and Cedric The Entertainer—Arby’s has two brand-new barbecue sandwiches joining their fast-food menu. And, the brand says that these offerings “bring the soul, quality, and authenticity you’d expect from your favorite pitmaster. No grill skills required.”
The new Quarter Pound Brisket Sandwich features a 13-hour smoked brisket with “melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and a savory, smoky profile.” The sandwich is topped with Arby’s sweet, garlicky-dill pickles and served on a toasted sesame seed bun.
And then there’s the Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Sandwich with pork smoked for six hours over hickory wood—“a delicious fusion of chunky bark pieces and juicy, smoky shreds of pork,” Arby’s says. The sandwich is also topped with pickles and served on a toasted sesame seed bun.
To really round out these piled-high sandwiches, customers have the option to add on two succulent BBQ sauces from Anthony and Cedric’s line. (And with Cedric being from Missouri, the land of Kansas City–style barbecue, we have no doubt that they know what they’re doing.)
- Cedric’s Sweet Bussin Brown Sugar Sauce: A sweet and tangy BBQ sauce made with slow-cooked brown sugar, creating malt and caramel flavors
- Anthony’s Spicy Chipotle Smoke Sauce: A smoky BBQ sauce made with chipotle peppers, offering a spicy kick with complex and aromatic flavors
The two new barbecue sandwiches, along with their perfectly paired sauces, will be available at Arby’s locations nationwide beginning TODAY April 28, 2025, starting at $5.99. We’d suggest pairing with a hearty helping of Fried Okra or Three-Pickle Potato Salad.
