TikTokers say it's a way to relax and reset, especially in overstimulating environments like work or school. Some use the time to scroll social media, listen to music, or just sit in silence. As one bathroom camper shared, “I’m not gonna lie. Sometimes I get to the point where I’m in there for a couple hours literally just thinking about life. There’s nothing going on in the bathroom. There’s no windows to look at. It’s just straight – me and me – in that bathroom.”
