Country music fans have the ability to help their favorite artists win awards, sell out tours and chart number-one singles. They also do a lot of good for others. Kelsea Ballerini's fans are wishing their favorite star a happy birthday by honoring her pup, Dibs.
Kelsea Central has established the "Dibs Forever Home Fund" at Pet Community Center in Nashville. The fund will ensure that dogs of all ages, whose families are facing financial hardship, receive needed veterinarian care.
