If you’re already dreaming about warmer weather, Dr Pepper is giving you one more reason to look forward to spring. The brand just announced that its Creamy Coconut flavor is returning this April, and fans are thrilled.
This flavor first dropped in 2024 and disappeared almost as fast as it arrived. It was inspired by the “dirty soda” trend, which mixes soda with coconut, cream, and other sweet add-ins. Dr Pepper took that idea and blended it with its classic 23-flavor formula. The result was a tropical, creamy twist that somehow still tasted like the Dr Pepper people love.
What Makes Creamy Coconut So Popular
The flavor mixes sweet coconut with a smooth, creamy finish. It’s a little tropical, a little nostalgic, and totally different from anything else in the soda aisle. Fans described it as the perfect summer drink, and many have been begging for its return.
And yes, there will be a Zero Sugar version again, which is great news for anyone who loved the taste but wanted a lighter option.

Dr Pepper says the flavor will be available nationwide in 12-ounce cans for a limited time. So if you missed it last year, this is your chance to grab a pack before it disappears again.
