If you’ve ever wished dinner would just magically appear, this might be the next best thing. Alexa+ can now order your takeout from Grubhub or Uber Eats with just your voice.
Here’s where it gets fun. Instead of tapping through endless menus, you can just say what you’re craving. Alexa+ will pull up restaurants, help you build your order, and even suggest add‑ons if you’re feeling indecisive.
Want to change your mind mid‑sentence? Add something extra? Ask what sides go with that? Alexa keeps up.
Once you link your Grubhub or Uber Eats account, Alexa can surface your usuals. So if you’re the “same thing every Friday night” type, your Echo already knows what to do.
Right now, the feature is rolling out on Echo Show 8 devices and newer. If you’ve got one sitting on your counter, it just became a lot more dangerous to your takeout budget.
