If you’ve ever wished kids’ music sounded a little less like… well, kids’ music, you’re not alone. An Australian dad named Lenny Pearce felt the same way. He’s a dad of four, a music producer, and apparently the hero parents didn’t know they needed.
When his daughter was born, Pearce began remixing classic kids’ songs at home. Think “Wheels on the Bus,” but with a beat drop. He wasn’t trying to start a movement. He was just trying to keep his baby entertained.
He posted a few remixes online. Parents went wild for them. Suddenly, what started as a fun dad project turned into something much bigger.
Pearce now hosts daytime “toddler raves” around the world. Picture this:
- Lights and glow sticks
- Kids dancing with their parents
- Characters and visuals
- Music everyone knows, but with club‑level energy
The magic is in the mix: kids get familiar songs, adults get beats that don’t make them want to hide in the pantry. It’s fun, it’s silly, and it’s a rare moment where everyone in the family is genuinely having a good time.
🎧 And Now… Disney Is In
Pearce’s toddler‑techno takeover just hit a new level. He recently signed a deal with Disney for an album called Disney Jr. Music: Lenny Pearce Toddler Techno, dropping May 15. So yes — your favorite Disney Jr. songs are about to glow up.
