9-year-old gets Colorado town to end ban on snowball fights

The AP reports that the rule was part of a broader ordinance which made it illegal to throw or shoot stones or missiles at people, property or pets. Speaking of pets, Dane has a guinea pig, which is technically illegal to own in Severance. Sounds like that law may come off the books soon as well.
