No joke: Celebs like Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, and Cardi B have colored their locks silver or gray, for some reason. Journal scribe Rory Satran decided to die her own hair gray to see how people would react, and the consensus was, "Are you OK?" But she points out that a shade of gray isn't necessarily aging, as "younger women benefit from the contrast between a fresh face and silvery hair."
