April is financial literacy month, and if you want to improve things in that area, iHeartRadio has a bunch of podcasts that could help you out.
For example, the latest episode of “Money Rehab with Nicole Lapin” centers on a topic a lot of people are probably thinking about these days – is now the right time for them to buy a home.
Nicole wants folks to know that buying a home can actually be a bad idea, and if you’re thinking about getting one you should be able to answer yes to the following questions:
- Are you going to live in this house for a while?
- Can you really afford it?
- Do you have a steady job that you love?
And Nicole isn’t the only one dolling out financial advice. There’s also the “Earn At Your Leisure” podcast, described as “a college business class mixed with pop culture,” and “How To Money,” which this week focuses on debunking common tax misconceptions.
