A good reason to wear a fitness watch!

Here’s a reason to wear a fitness watch … A study from BYU found that just wearing a fitness watch may increase your daily steps. Yep, you don’t even have to look at the watch or have a certain goal in mind, the simple act of having that watch on your wrist causes you to walk more. Basically, just being aware that your Apple watch or Fitbit is tracking your activity, makes you want to increase your activity.
